How do I request a redeem?

Click the Redeem button and submit your Game ID and desired cashout amount.

How are redeem limits determined?

Redeem limits are based on your last deposit amount and your Golden Diamond Club tier.

What is the Min & Max redeem?

The minimum redeem is $100.

The maximum redeem is $1000 per day.

When are redeems processed?

10AM – 12PM EST
6PM – 8PM EST

Requests outside these windows are processed during the next available window.

Is there a redeem fee?

Yes. A 10% mandatory processing fee is applied to all redeems. This fee is automatically deducted from the requested redeem amount.
